What counts as a "guaranteed lead"?
Each unique enquiry from a homeowner with a verified phone number = 1 lead. Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Premium, Enterprise) receive guaranteed leads every month. Quotation leads (e.g. Quote Check submissions) are a separate, higher-value tier that is never counted toward your monthly guaranteed quota — other vendors unlock them with credits, while Premium and Enterprise vendors have them routed directly to them (see below). Guaranteed leads are included in your plan and never use your credits. If a lead turns out to be invalid, report it from your Leads dashboard — once our team reviews and approves the report, we add a replacement lead credit to your account.
How many cities can I list on my profile?
Free, Starter, and Pro vendors can list 1 city. Premium vendors can list up to 2 cities. Enterprise vendors can list up to 5 cities and appear in vendor listings for all of them — ideal for businesses covering a full region.
What is featured placement?
Premium and Enterprise vendors are pinned to the top of the installer list on the city pages they cover (and in the vendor directory), with a ⭐ Featured highlight, above every other plan. Premium covers your 2 listed cities, Enterprise all 5. Featured installers are listed in order — Enterprise first, then Premium.
What is direct quote routing?
When a customer requests a solar quote in a city you cover, the request is sent directly to you — full contact details in My Leads, no credits, never shown on the marketplace. If several Premium or Enterprise vendors cover the same city, requests are shared in rotation. These routed quote requests are on top of your monthly guaranteed leads.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contract. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid month. You can downgrade to Free at any time from your dashboard.
How does payment work?
Pay securely via Razorpay — Cards, UPI, Netbanking & Wallets accepted. Your plan activates instantly after successful payment and a GST invoice is sent to your registered email.
How many leads does the Free plan include?
1 free lead at signup and 1 more free lead every month. That is enough to check our lead quality before you invest; when you want more, recharge credits and unlock leads from the marketplace. Lead purchase is unlocked once your profile is verified — this ensures customers see a professional, fully filled profile before they contact you.
What is a "Verified badge"?
A green ✓ badge shown on your profile and city page listing. It signals to homeowners that your business details have been reviewed. Verified profiles receive significantly more enquiries than unverified ones.
