Every lead submitted on SolarCalculators.in is first offered to paid vendors. If no paid vendor is in your city, it goes to the next nearest — then to the marketplace. On the free plan, you only get 2 leads ever. Paid vendors get 10–100 every month.
Guaranteed leads are delivered monthly. If your city doesn't generate your full guaranteed count in a given month, the shortfall is automatically credited to your account as free lead credits early the following month. Invalid leads can be reported from your Leads dashboard for review — approved reports get a replacement lead credit. Vendor city page ranking: Premium → Pro → Starter → Free, then by rating within tier.

How many cities can I list on my profile?
Free, Starter, and Pro vendors can list 1 city. Premium vendors can list up to 2 cities. Enterprise vendors can list up to 5 cities and appear in vendor listings for all of them — ideal for businesses covering a full region.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contract. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid month. You can downgrade to Free at any time from your dashboard.
How does payment work?
Pay securely via Razorpay — Cards, UPI, Netbanking & Wallets accepted. Your plan activates instantly after successful payment and a GST invoice is sent to your registered email.
