This information is collected with your explicit consent and is used to connect you with verified solar installers on our platform. By submitting a lead form, you consent to being contacted by these vendors via phone, SMS, or WhatsApp.

b) Vendor Registration Data

When a solar installer registers as a vendor, we collect business name, contact person name, phone number, email address, service cities, and optional business verification documents (GST / Trade License / PAN). This data is used to verify and list the vendor on our marketplace.

c) Automatically Collected Data

When you visit our website, our servers automatically record:

• IP address
• Browser type and version
• Device type (mobile / desktop)
• Pages visited and time spent
• Referring URL
• Date and time of visit

This data is used for analytics, security monitoring, and improving our services. It is not linked to personally identifiable information.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Lead distribution: Sharing your quote request with verified solar installers in your city
• Service improvement: Analysing how calculators are used to improve accuracy
• Security: Detecting and preventing fraud, spam, and abuse

• Verified solar vendors on our platform — only vendors who have registered, verified their identity, and been approved by our team receive lead notifications.
• Our SMS/OTP service provider (2Factor.in) — solely for sending OTP verification codes. They do not retain or use your phone number for any other purpose.
• Legal authorities — if required by a court order or government request under Indian law.

4. Cookies & Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may set cookies on your device:

• Google Analytics (GA4): Website traffic analytics. Collects anonymised usage data. Google Privacy Policy
• Google Tag Manager: Used to deploy analytics and marketing scripts.
