clicking noise inverter relays startup
Every morning around 6:30 AM, my Growatt inverter makes several loud 'clicking' sounds before it starts generating power. Is there a loose connection or a relay failing?

Don't worry, this is completely normal! The clicking sounds are the internal electromechanical relays (contactors) testing the grid connection and physically switching the DC circuit on. At dawn, the sunlight is very weak, so the inverter might try to start, fail due to low voltage, click off, and try again a few minutes later. Once the sun is bright enough, it will click one final time and begin steady generation.
